Sona x Lee Sin - Mutual Understanding

(Contains possible fluff? not sure i never really write fluff so yeah,just a warning.)

Being with a blind man or monk to be correct was no easy task, sure most wouldn’t think it was that hard but it sure was hard for the Maven of the Strings.


How Sona even got with the blind monk bewilder people but that was a story for another time. Right now Sona was tasked with trying to get to her destination of what Lee Sin called treating her like a goddess or better words going on a date.


He always liked to do this for Sona, make things out of portions or went over the top with things, Such as she simply would have been happy just cuddling with him and not expecting any gifts to Lee Sin showing up at her door with what looked like a bouquet of freshly ripped flowers from a garden.


Honestly she thought he must have taken the whole garden for she counted to at least 35 flowers. His face was priceless though. Smiling nervously and obviously sweating, presenting the flowers with such timidness. Smiling at the memory, plucking at her etwahl.


“He is such a strange man……strange but sweet”


Right now waiting for him in a seemly nice grassy field, staring off to look at the sky. Not noticing said Blind Monk she was thinking about to sit right beside her.


“Hello Sona~”


Saying that he caused her to jump a little was an understatement. She smiled but quickly forgot he couldn’t see it which he had admitted that it saddened him a bit. Frowning slightly she grabbed his hand. Smiling almost brightly he brought the creamy knuckles to his lips, placing a chaste kiss on them.


“You are even lovelier today than the last”


Having her cheeks turn pink, her smile returned.


They were such an unlikely pair yet here they were. So unlikely but they were wonderful together, Making each other happy with what they could,never asking to much from either but each others company and love. Ashe even commenting once.


"The two of them are in close sympathy"


Even though he was blind and she was mute they understood each other perfectly well and had respect for one another,something the other champions called what love should be,often they would use them as the ideal relationship. how love should be selfless,understanding and loving.


“You are absolutely sweet”


she thought, wishing so badly he could hear her but the words couldn’t come out, they never could. Instead she decided to give him a loving kiss to his cheek causing his already bright smile to grow.


“Sona…I have a request…you don’t have to do it but…but I would like you to dance with me…I may be blind but I think I can manage,It will also be like you are the mentor”



Thinking warily of such a request she was not going to refuse her Monk, but it did worry her.


Setting her etwahl aside so she wouldn’t step on it, gently taking both his hands into hers, ushering him to stand. He did so all the while humming.


She only knew a little about dancing but enough to not seem like an idiot, debating if she should still float or stand. Deciding floating was better for her long flowing dress.
Lee Sin grasped her left hand putting it on his lower torso while holding her right hand, he start to move slowly.


One step at a time, careful and graceful how he always was. Sona was ever so much happy he was, she didn’t feel like falling.Humming a bit louder, going back in forth with grace. He laughed.


“See? I am not such a helpless man”


“Of course not” she thought. “ Never”


It seemed like hours of them just simply moving in a circle with him humming, it put her at ease.


Laying her head on his shoulder which required her to float down a bit.



“This…is wonderful” She smiled,small tears forming under her eyelashes.


That he and her could spend such a moment doing something so romantic and special, Something no doubt no one else had ever done with him before or she highly doubt it.


“Much better than flowers”



Both moving so slowly,in sync as if one. as if one being. both so adsorbed by each others presence and being.



Being pulled from her thoughts a second time that day, He had spun her delicately. Still catching her by surprise. What he did next surprised her even more. When she spun back into his arms he lifted her. Trying to make it less of a hassle to him, she floated up a bit higher to take some of her weight off. His arms holding half of her weight up while she supported herself by grasping his forearms.


“What did I do to get such a wonderful goddess?”


Staring down at him, not knowing what to say like she even if she really wanted to. Settling on bringing him into a sweet kiss.


Moving her lips slowly he responded almost immediately. Pulling away slowly she softly smiled, giving her a grin from ear to ear,brushing his lips close to hers he whispered softly.


“I love you”


“I love you too”


never in her life did she want him to hear her.
Placing a sweet kiss to his forehead, her lips curling the slightest while doing so.




…………But she figured he already knew.
